PRE-WEDDING

VIDEO STYLE

So you’ve had a chat with us and have decided to choose HezyTek Productions to capture your wedding day. Fabulous! First, let’s choose your style of wedding video. We offer a music video, cinematic style or documentary style video.

ENGAGEMENT SHOOT

If you’re up for it, we also offer an engagement photo shoot. A perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other a little before the big day and to add a few more shots to your wedding collection.

ON THE DAY

1 - PRE-CEREMONY

Before the ceremony, we’ll come to see the whole gang get ready. We’ll even try to soothe those pre-wedding nerves by making you laugh.

2 - EN-ROUTE

We’ll follow you on your journey to the ceremony venue, making sure not to miss all those equally special ‘in-between’ moments.

3 - CEREMONY

The pinnacle moment of your wedding day has arrived. The time when you exchange your vows and sign the registry is when we’ll be the most discreet as all eyes will be on you.

4 - POST-CEREMONY PHOTO SHOOT

We’ll get everyone outside to take photos. Make sure your folks don’t run off for this part. We want everyone included! To ease the process, you may want to organise a list of your groups of friends and family, this can be discussed in advance.

5 - RECEPTION

Our full day of coverage continues on to the arrival of your party to the last man (or woman!) standing at the end of the night. Now that the formalities are over, it’s time to drink and celebrate. We believe dancing in the crowd with you is the best way to get everyone looking natural on film.

AFTER THE WEDDING

RELAX…

Your beloved photos and videos are now backed-up securely on our system. Rest assured, we are now working to create an unforgettable film and photo collection for you.

UPDATES

We know how excited you are to see your wedding video and pictures so we’ll send you updates on our progress.

HERE COMES THE GOOD STUFF

Get ready! After 4 weeks, your full photo and video collection will be ready for you. These will be available in the Cloud for you to download and share with your loved ones.

PAYMENT &
CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENTS

We take all payments, in full & upfront to secure your booking.

CANCELLATIONS

For cancellations made 8 weeks or later than your wedding, 50% of the total balance will be refunded. We cannot refund any amount if cancellations are made within the 8-week period.

CHANGES

If you wish to change your wedding date, we will try our best to accommodate the change as long as the new date is available in our schedule. Change fees may apply and are up to the sole descretion of HezyTek Productions.
