It all started when…

I was chosen to present my first documentary on the BBC, The Truth Behind My Fried Chicken in 2017.

Upon release, the film quickly rose to the front page of BBC News, BBC iPlayer and Apple News US raking in millions of views! I got involved in more work with companies such as 4Music and TasteMade. I knew I had a place in this industry. I clearly was good at it, so I knew I had to take the risk and jump.

It suddenly hit me that I had everything to start a business. I had traveled to New York for a wedding, taken photos at many parties and club events, and uploaded hundreds of YouTube videos. I could compose, direct, present, edit, and produce great videos. So, why not start a company with a team doing the same thing?

Overnight, I quit all of my other works and hobbies to begin this new chapter of my life and never looked back.

Some people are leaders and others are followers. It took me 24 years to reaIise I was never meant to work for other people. The world had always been telling me that. As director of HezyTek Productions, I feel right at home. Calling the shots as the captain of the team - this is my place to be.
